At Bckyrd, I founded and built a direct-to-consumer marketplace platform from the ground up. I led product strategy, designed the full UI/UX and wireframes, and managed development through a small cross-functional team. I oversaw marketing, brand positioning, and early-stage fundraising, aligning product vision with user growth and operational execution.
